Ad Hoc Logistics, LLC is a Licensed Customs Broker and  international logistics consulting firm. Our services include international logistics, export compliance, import classification, and training.

Typical Ad Hoc clients are small and medium-sized companies which do not have an “in house” logistics pro. We provide personalized advice to C level executives with a focus on reducing exposure to penalties and fines, as well as helping manage international logistics. Ad Hoc’s founder, Mitch Kostoulakos, was an award winning International Sales Executive with FedEx Services  before launching Ad Hoc Logistics and previously served in management with a nationwide motor carrier.

Mitch is a Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) and holds the CTL – Certified in Transportation and Logistics designation – from the American Society of Transportation and Logistics. His articles have been published in Transportation Journal.

Mr. Kostoulakos was honored to be appointed to the Standing Committee on International Trade and Transportation of the Transportation Research Board for a three year term beginning  April 2020. TRB is a unit of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine.
